What we collect
When you request a call we collect the details you enter: name, work email, company, role, topic, optional budget range and preferred times, and your message. We also collect basic, aggregated site analytics.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, schedule and prepare for a conversation, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host the site and deliver email. They process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing stephan@xdo.it.com.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
